Frequently Asked Questions

Does the app tag customers automatically?

Yes, it tags them in real time. When a new order comes in which matches the rules you have set, the app automatically tags that customer record

How can I use the customer taggers effectively?

Our customers use the app in many different ways. A lot of stores who have membership areas rely on tags on customer records to determine what content they display. Some send automated emails based on what tags a customer has. For example, they could set up a trigger to tag all new customers who are tagged with 'loyal'. So when a customer hits your rule and becomes a loyal customer, we tag them and you email them with a special thank you!
